Notes:
- All prices exclude GST & government taxes.
- The hire price excludes transport, setup and dismantle charges.
- Transport and setup/dismantle charge is subject to quotation after site inspection and will take into account the transport and labour hours required.
- A surcharge will apply where events are based on the beach or inside a shopping centre and a quotation for this surchrage will be provided after the intial site visit.
- A labour surcharge will apply where changes to the contract are made on the day that increase staff labour time or result in waiting time that is beyond our control.
- A discount of 10% applies to the rental price of the second and subsequent arenas, if more than one playing surface is hired for the same duration period.
- Custom size flooring prices will be provided on request.
- Long Term lease arrangements (longer than 3 months) are available and prices will be provided on request.
- Referee and Event Management Services are available and quotations will be provided on request.
